- Reselect allows a SCSI device to "let go" of the bus while it's doing
- something, so other devices can use it. For instance, in a tape backup of
- your hard drive, the tape gets a bunch of data, knows it will be busy for
- a time while writing it, and lets go of the bus. The controller can then
- read more data off the hard drive while the tape is still busy writing.

- for them or the whole SCSI bus. You'll have to check the documents for
